Job Summary
The Growth Projects and Wells role is responsible for coordinating growth initiatives, well-related projects, and development opportunities to support the company’s operational efficiency, production growth, and strategic objectives. The role ensures effective project planning, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and timely reporting on project progress, costs, risks, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate growth projects, well development activities, and related initiatives in line with corporate objectives.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance against approved plans.
* Liaise with technical, engineering, drilling, production, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure effective project execution.
* Track well delivery activities, project progress, operational challenges, and opportunities for production improvement.
* Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and performance updates for the Enterprise Coordinator and management.
* Identify project risks, cost variances, delays, and improvement opportunities, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
* Support project budgeting, resource planning, cost control, and expenditure monitoring.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and performance data.
* Support the evaluation of new growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Relevant experience in oil and gas project coordination, well operations, field development, or project performance monitoring.
* Knowledge of upstream oil and gas operations, project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
* Professional certifications in project management or relevant oil and gas disciplines are an added advantage.
