About CGC
CGC helps businesses grow by fixing the systems between marketing, sales, follow-up, technology, and revenue.
A business may already have a website. It may already be running ads. It may already be generating leads.
But if those leads are not followed up with, the website does not convert, inquiries fall through the cracks, customers are not nurtured, reviews are not requested, or the business owner is manually doing work that could be automated, revenue is being left on the table.
That is where CGC comes in.
We build practical growth systems that may include:
- High-converting websites
- CRM systems
- Marketing and sales automation
- Lead capture and follow-up
- AI-powered business tools
- AI voice reception
- Reputation and review management
- Customer nurture systems
- Revenue recovery strategies
- Conversion optimization
- Growth strategy
- Industry-specific technology and marketing solutions
We work primarily with growing service-based businesses and organizations where improving customer acquisition, lead conversion, follow-up, or operational efficiency can have a direct financial impact.
Our markets include beauty and wellness, med spas, salon suites, beauty schools, professional services, legal, home services, rentals, consulting, and other owner-led businesses.
CGC is growing, and we are looking for a salesperson who wants the opportunity to grow with it.
This Is Not a Traditional Sales Job
This opportunity is designed for someone who would rather be rewarded for what they produce than have their earning potential dictated by a fixed salary.
You may be someone who thinks:
Give me a strong offer, a real business problem to solve, room to operate, and a compensation plan that rewards performance.
This role may appeal to someone who:
- Values independence and flexibility
- Enjoys creating their own opportunities
- Likes talking with business owners and decision-makers
- Gets energized by closing business
- Is confident betting on their own ability
- Does not need constant supervision
- Understands that consistent follow-up creates revenue
- Wants uncapped earning potential
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Likes helping build something instead of simply inheriting an established sales territory
This is not a salaried position during the initial 90-day contractor period.
If guaranteed income is your primary motivation, this likely will not be the right opportunity.
If the idea of creating your own pipeline, solving meaningful business problems, and being paid directly for the revenue you produce is exciting to you, keep reading.
The Opportunity
CGC is looking for a Growth Sales Executive to develop new business and help build long-term client relationships.
This is an independent contractor opportunity with significant autonomy.
You will have the ability to generate opportunities through the channels, relationships, and methods that work best for you while CGC provides the services, positioning, sales support, technology, and fulfillment capabilities behind what you sell.
Your responsibility is straightforward:
Create conversations with the right businesses, uncover meaningful problems, recommend the appropriate CGC solution, and close profitable business.
We are not looking for someone who wants to pressure people into buying something they do not need.
We want someone who can identify where businesses are losing money, customers, time, or opportunity, and determine whether CGC can help solve it.
Who Will Love This Role
You may thrive here if you:
- Like building
- Value autonomy
- Want flexibility over a traditional office schedule
- Get energized by closing a deal
- Enjoy talking with business owners
- Naturally notice opportunities
- Are comfortable reaching out to people you have never met
- Do not need someone constantly telling you what to do next, although we are okay with providing training and guidance
- Like controlling your earning potential
- Are persistent without being pushy
- Believe follow-up is part of the job
- Enjoy learning how businesses work
- Can hear "not right now" without losing momentum
- Like solving problems
- Have an entrepreneurial personality
- Would rather earn more for producing more than have compensation capped by a salary band
- Can manage your own pipeline and priorities
You should be someone who sees an uncapped commission structure and thinks:
"What's the offer, who needs it, and how much can I sell?"
What You Will Sell
CGC is not dependent on a single product.
That gives a strong salesperson several ways to solve problems and create revenue.

Solutions may include:
- Automated review requests
- Review monitoring
- Reputation workflows

Industry-Specific Solutions
CGC is also developing specialized solutions for:
- Beauty professionals
- Med spas
- Salon-suite operators
- Beauty and cosmetology schools
- Wellness businesses
- Home-service companies
- Professional-services firms
- Rental businesses
Some opportunities may begin as a straightforward project.
Others may become larger recurring client relationships.
The strongest salesperson will learn to recognize both.
Your Role
You will function as a full-cycle sales professional.
Depending on the opportunity, you may:
- Identify potential CGC clients
- Develop prospect lists
- Use your professional network
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct email outreach
- Make outbound calls
- Attend networking events
- Develop referral relationships
- Build strategic partnerships
- Approach businesses within CGC's target markets
- Follow up with prospects
- Re-engage older opportunities
- Pursue introductions and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls
- Present solutions
- Discuss pricing
- Handle objections
- Follow up on proposals
- Ask for the business
- Close new clients
You are encouraged to develop the prospecting approach that best fits your strengths.
What matters most is creating qualified opportunities and profitable revenue.
Consultative Selling
The best CGC salesperson is curious.
Imagine a business owner tells you:
"I think I need a new website."
You could simply quote a website.
Or you could ask:
- What is not working with the current site?
- How are customers finding you?
- What happens when someone submits an inquiry?
- How quickly does someone respond?
- Where are leads tracked?
- What happens if a prospect does not answer?
- Is there automated follow-up?
- What percentage of inquiries become customers?
- What is an average new customer worth?
- How many inquiries do you receive each month?
- Are old leads ever contacted again?
- How are reviews requested?
You may discover that the business does need a website.
But you may also uncover a larger revenue problem.
That changes the conversation from:
"Would you like to buy a website?"
to:
"Let's determine where revenue is falling through the cracks and whether CGC can help capture more of it."
That is the type of selling we want.
Compensation
This opportunity begins as a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role.
There is no base salary during the initial 90-day performance period.
There is also no predetermined earnings ceiling.
One-Time Services
CGC-Generated Opportunity
15% commission
Opportunity You Generate
20% commission
Recurring Services
First Month
CGC-generated opportunity:
20% commission
Self-generated opportunity:
25% commission
Months 2–6
CGC-generated opportunity:
7.5% commission
Self-generated opportunity:
10% commission
Recurring commissions are subject to the client remaining active and CGC receiving payment.
Upsells
When you identify a legitimate additional need for an existing CGC client:
8%–10% commission
depending on the source and structure of the opportunity.
Strategic & Larger Opportunities
Certain opportunities may involve:
- Beauty schools
- Salon-suite organizations
- Associations
- Multi-location businesses
- Franchise organizations
- Strategic partnerships
- Larger recurring contracts
Qualifying opportunities may pay approximately:
10%–12% of eligible collected first-year revenue
depending on lead source, margins, structure, and the nature of the agreement.
Compensation for unusually large or customized agreements may be established before the final proposal is presented.
Commission Accelerators
High performers should earn more.
Monthly new collected revenue may qualify for the following accelerators:
$0–$9,999
Standard commission
$10,000–$14,999
+2 percentage points
$15,000–$24,999
+3 percentage points
$25,000+
+5 percentage points
For example, if a self-generated project normally pays a 20% commission and you qualify for the highest accelerator, that sale may pay:
25% commission.
Estimated Earnings
This opportunity is being advertised with estimated annualized earnings of:
$45,000–$85,000+
These figures are not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed level of compensation.
They are intended to illustrate what a productive salesperson may be capable of earning under CGC's commission structure.
Actual earnings depend on:
- Revenue generated
- Revenue collected
- Lead source
- Services sold
- Recurring revenue
- Applicable commission rates
- Commission accelerators
- Client retention
- Individual sales performance
There is no stated commission ceiling.
Illustrative Monthly Earnings
For example, a salesperson primarily generating their own opportunities could potentially see results similar to:
$10,000 in qualifying monthly collected sales
Approximate commission opportunity: $2,000+
$15,000 in qualifying monthly collected sales
Approximate commission opportunity: $3,000–$3,450+
$20,000 in qualifying monthly collected sales
Approximate commission opportunity: $4,000–$4,600+
$25,000 in qualifying monthly collected sales
Potential commission opportunity: approximately $6,250
$30,000 in qualifying monthly collected sales
Potential commission opportunity: approximately $7,500
Eligible recurring commissions may create additional earnings beyond one-time project commissions.
These examples are illustrations rather than promises or guarantees of income.
What $45,000–$85,000+ Actually Means
We are not putting an arbitrary earning number on this opportunity.
Under the commission model, someone consistently creating approximately $15,000–$30,000 in monthly collected business can begin building a meaningful income stream.
A salesperson producing approximately:
$20,000 per month in qualifying sales
could potentially earn approximately:
$55,000+ annualized
depending on the mix of business and applicable commission rates.
A salesperson consistently producing approximately:
$25,000 per month
could potentially approach:
$75,000+ annualized
before considering certain recurring commissions.
A salesperson consistently producing beyond that level has the opportunity to exceed the advertised earnings range.
The purpose of uncapped commission is simple:
If you create exceptional value for CGC, we want exceptional performance to benefit you financially too.
The First 90 Days
The first 90 days are intended to answer an important question for both parties:
Can we make money together?
We are looking for evidence of repeatable sales ability, not just activity.
Strong 90-day performance would generally include:
Revenue
Minimum advancement benchmark:
$20,000+ in collected new revenue
Strong target:
$25,000–$30,000+
Exceptional performance:
$40,000+
Recurring Revenue
Target:
3+ new recurring-service clients
Pipeline
By approximately Day 90:
$20,000+ qualified active pipeline
Conversion
Approximately:
20%+ close rate on genuinely qualified opportunities
Performance will be evaluated in context based on lead quality, deal size, sales-cycle length, profitability, and client fit.
What Happens After 90 Days?
The initial 90 days are intended to prove the relationship, not cap it.
If the relationship is successful and agreed performance standards are met, CGC may offer the opportunity to transition into a different working arrangement that could include:
Hourly compensation + ongoing commission
An indicative future structure may begin around:
$20/hour for approximately 15–20 hours per week
plus ongoing commission.
Commission percentages would generally adjust to reflect the addition of guaranteed hourly compensation.
The exact structure would depend on performance, responsibilities, company needs, and the working relationship at that time.
This is not an automatic conversion after 90 days.
It is an opportunity earned through performance.
Long-Term Opportunity
The right person could ultimately become much more than someone who sells individual projects.
As CGC grows, opportunities may emerge in areas such as:
- Senior Growth Sales Executive
- Business Development
- Strategic Partnerships
- Vertical-specific sales leadership
- Account Executive leadership
- Sales management
- Revenue operations
- Head of Sales
Future leadership roles will be based on results, judgment, leadership ability, and CGC's needs—not simply tenure.
Someone who helps build the revenue engine may have the opportunity to eventually help lead it.
What CGC Will Provide
Depending on the opportunity, CGC may provide:
- Product and service education
- Ideal customer profiles
- Positioning and messaging
- Pricing guidance
- Discovery frameworks
- Sales talk tracks
- Proposal templates
- Sales collateral
- CRM access
- Lead magnets
- Diagnostic tools
- Case studies as they become available
- Company-generated opportunities when available
- Support on complex deals
- Founder involvement on strategic opportunities
- Fulfillment and delivery after a successful sale
You will not be expected to design websites, build automations, or fulfill the services you sell.
Your focus is creating and closing quality business.
Independence
This opportunity is designed for someone who values independence.
As an independent contractor, you will generally determine how you organize and conduct your sales activity, subject to the contractor agreement, CGC's approved pricing and brand standards, and the requirement to accurately represent CGC's services.
The relationship is built around outcomes.
We want someone who can take ownership without needing to be managed like a traditional employee.
What We Care About
We care about:
- Revenue
- Integrity
- Client fit
- Follow-through
- Communication
- Good judgment
- Accurate expectations
- Quality relationships
- Healthy margins
- Strong customer experiences
We do not care about looking busy for the sake of looking busy.
We care about results.
What We Do Not Want
This likely will not be the right opportunity if you:
- Require guaranteed income immediately
- Are uncomfortable with variable compensation
- Dislike outbound prospecting
- Expect every lead to be provided to you
- Give up after one follow-up
- Need daily supervision to stay productive
- Are uncomfortable discussing money
- Are afraid to ask for the business
- Default to discounting instead of selling value
- Overpromise in order to close
- Fail to manage your opportunities
- Prefer predictable assigned tasks over ownership
How to Apply
Please provide your resume or LinkedIn profile and briefly answer the following:
- Tell us about something you have successfully sold.
What was it, who was the buyer, and how did you close the deal?
- How did you generate the opportunity?
Inbound, outbound, referral, networking, social media, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or something else?
- Tell us about a sale you lost.
Why did you lose it, and what would you do differently now?
- Imagine this scenario.
A med spa receives approximately 100 inquiries each month but books only 20 consultations.
Before recommending anything from CGC, what would you want to know?
- You have no new inbound leads today.
What do you do?
- Why does a commission-based 1099 opportunity appeal to you?7. What would make you confident enough to bet on yourself in a sales role?
We are less interested in polished corporate answers than in understanding how you think.
The Person We Want
You may already have a job.
You may freelance.
You may be building something of your own.
Or you may simply know that your ability to create revenue is worth more than your current compensation allows.
We are looking for someone who sees an early-stage opportunity and recognizes the upside of helping build something before every process, territory, and leadership position has already been claimed.
If you know how to build relationships, uncover business problems, create opportunities, follow through, and close:
We should talk.
