Growth Strategist

Experience: 2 to 5 years in growth engineering, data science, marketing analytics, growth hacking, or a strongly technical lead-generation role. Exceptional candidates with less experience may also apply.
AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI APIs to automate real workflows, lead scoring, enrichment, classification, personalised outreach at scale, not just experiments.
Performance Marketing: You can analyse paid-media spend across Meta, LinkedIn and Google, understand CAC, ROAS, attribution and funnel conversion, and translate it into clear recommendations on where to spend.
Analytics and Dashboards: Working knowledge of creating, maintain ing and extend ing dashboards .
Ownership: You do not wait to be told every next step. You spot the manual bottleneck and build the system that kills it.
Comfort with ambiguity: You can operate in speed, uncertainty and a start-up environment without getting stuck.
Problem-solving Mindset: When blocked, you look for the next best move instead of waiting.

What You ll Do

Build and maintain automated lead-generation pipelines across our target verticals
Use AI and LLMs to qualify and score leads, personalise outreach at scale, and classify and route inbound enquiries.
Integrate data sources and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Lusha, Apollo, CRM) into a unified system .
Own the marketing analytics dashboard (React or Vite plus Zoho Analytics) and keep data flowing from invoices, CRM pipeline, ad platforms and social channels.
Analyse performance-marketing spend across Meta, LinkedIn and Google, surface CAC, ROAS, attribution and conversion, and recommend reallocations .
Build reporting that the Growth Director and leadership actually use to make decisions.
Model and forecast pipeline, conversion and revenue, and surface patterns the team would otherwise miss .
Develop scripts, workflows and lightweight apps that remove manual effort from the growth team s day-to-day.
Maintain clean, well-structured datasets and a single source of truth across the growth stack.
Stay on top of new AI tools, automation and growth tactics, and bring the best of them in-house.

Your Compensation:

Annual CTC: INR 6 to 8 lakhs, with potential variable compensation linked to performance
