GRV Administrator

Savemore Spar is hiring a GRV Administrator. As a GRV Administrator you will be responsible for checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders, capturing the data into the store's inventory system, and flagging any damaged or missing items before supplier invoices are approved for payment.

Job Description:

· Unpacking and checking physical deliveries against supplier delivery notes and purchase orders.

· Entering quantities, product codes, and pricing into the retail inventory system.

· Logging damaged goods, short deliveries, or incorrect pricing and processing vendor claims.

· Assisting finance or accounts payable with matching purchase orders, GRVs, and supplier invoices.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Retail Systems, Retail, Product Knowledge and Shrinkage.
• At least 2 years retail experience
• At least 2 years receiving / merchandising experience
• At least 1 year experience working with computers

The ability to perform the following tasks:

• Maintain inventory data including, Invoices, Claims, New suppliers / codes, GRV register and Maintain pricing and point of sale.
• Must be able to compile the following reports including: Posting of sales, End of day reports and Category stock takes.

• Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent with Mathematics ( Preferred)

Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
