Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Executive Bar – Refill Service team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B Service or the hotel industry.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with refill and service requirements at the Executive Bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Ensure the service area is properly stocked.
• Coordinate with the F&B Service team for smooth operations.
• Follow hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
