GTM AI Agent Builder

For our client, we are seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape how AI is applied across go-to-market operations, with a focus on identifying high-value use cases and turning them into scalable workflows. You will partner closely with RevOps and GTM leaders to improve productivity, reliability, and business impact through smart automation. The work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and operational execution, helping the organization move toward a more AI-native operating model.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $189,473 – $242,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GTM AI strategy and roadmap, with emphasis on technology evaluation and high-value business use cases
• Design and launch AI-driven workflows to optimize GTM processes
• Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify and implement automations tied to business outcomes
• Develop frameworks to measure the reliability, efficiency, and business impact of AI initiatives
• Implement integrations for AI insights within Salesforce and other GTM tools
• Assist in selecting AI models and vendors to support scalable AI adoption
• Manage rollout and adoption of AI initiatives, including clear ownership and training
• Collaborate on reusable automation patterns across teams

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Proven experience creating operational systems or automations that improve productivity and revenue
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven tools and workflows
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and outreach systems
• Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Technical background is an advantage
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Curiosity and excitement about AI's impact on revenue operations
