GTM Analytics Manager

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Analytics Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own high-impact analytics initiatives that support go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on Sales, Delivery, and RevOps partnership. The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and improve forecast and performance visibility across the organization. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can drive efficiency through strong analysis and automation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,700 – $142,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact analytics projects from scoping through delivery
• Act as a trusted analyst for Sales, Delivery, and Revenue Operations leadership
• Design and build strategic self-service dashboards in Tableau or Looker
• Identify patterns in reporting to create reusable data models and templates
• Streamline delivery forecast processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency in data analysis
• Model principles of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fintech/payments within Sales/Revenue Operations or analytics roles
• Advanced SQL skills, including multi-table joins and query optimization
• Expertise in dashboard and report development using Tableau and/or Looker
• Experience leveraging AI tools for analytics and reporting automation
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end analytics projects independently
• Strong skills in data storytelling for diverse audiences
