Go‑to‑Market Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop formal GTM launch plans for new products based on product features and target market positioning.

• Monitor the implementation progress of GTM plans; align cross‑functional stakeholders covering R&D, marketing, sales, delivery and customer service. Coordinate across multiple departments to guarantee on‑time new‑product launches and manage the full product lifecycle.

• Own end‑to‑end product business operation: define overall business objectives according to market trends, decompose targets into individual channels, coordinate channel teams to deliver sales goals, track sales performance, and take accountability for lifecycle‑based product sales KPIs.

• Conduct internal‑external competitive product benchmarking, identify market opportunities, and deliver actionable market insight reports.

• Establish, operate and continuously optimize internal GTM workflows; facilitate cross‑department alignment and enable front‑line teams to drive marketing deployment & execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; proficient English for daily working communication.

• Minimum 5‑year working experience in sales, product management, GTM or product marketing; consumer electronics industry background is highly preferred.

• Previous working experience within systematically‑managed marketing organizations; hands‑on experience in building up GTM processes is a strong plus.

• Proactive communicator with a problem‑solving mindset, self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
