Every outbound campaign starts with a brief and an ICP. You turn them into accurate, highly targeted prospect lists and campaign-ready data.

Why this role exists

Our client runs outbound campaigns across a portfolio of clients. They need someone to turn campaign briefs and ICP requirements into accurate lists and campaign-ready data. You work closely with the Client Delivery team to build audiences, enrich and clean data, research accounts and contacts, upload campaigns, and make sure each campaign meets the quality bar before launch.

What you'll own

Targeted account and contact lists built from detailed client ICPs and campaign briefs

Targeting requirements translated into clear data filters and list-building logic

Account and contact research to validate ICP fit

Lead enrichment with company, contact and campaign data, using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other GTM and data platforms

Segmentation by industry, company size, revenue, geography, seniority, job function and technology

Customer lookalike audiences and TAMs

Clean, deduplicated and standardized prospect data

QA before launch: company fit, titles, seniority, geography, exclusions and missing data

Client and campaign exclusion lists that prevent incorrect outreach

Campaign uploads into outbound platforms, with lists, fields, sequences and settings set up correctly

Pre-launch QA, so every campaign is ready to go live

Troubleshooting of data, upload and targeting issues

Revisions with Client Delivery based on client feedback

Many list requests, uploads and launch deadlines at the same time

What we're looking for

Highly detail oriented

Comfortable working with GTM and data tools, including Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Able to move quickly across multiple client campaigns

English C1, written and spoken

Bonus

Experience at an outbound or lead generation agency with multiple clients

Experience building TAMs or lookalike audiences

What success looks like

First 90 days

You consistently deliver accurate, campaign-ready lists and correctly configured campaign uploads on time, with minimal revisions.

Ongoing

You understand the reasoning behind an ICP rather than simply applying filters. You can tell when a company or contact matches the data criteria but is not a good prospect. You are a reliable execution partner to the Client Delivery team, moving campaigns from brief to list build, QA, upload and launch quickly, with quality and efficiency.
