GTM Engineer

About The Company

• Documind is an enterprise content workflow automation platform. It reads the documents and content that reach a company every day, has three different AI models agree on each value, checks it against the customer's rules, and finishes the work in their systems. We serve enterprise customers in logistics, holding groups, manufacturing and finance, in the cloud and on-premises.
• This role sits where sales, marketing and operations meet. You'll define who we sell to, reach them, take them to meetings and pilots, and make the whole flow measurable and repeatable.

Responsibilities

• Build our ideal customer profile and target account lists from data, and keep them enriched.
• Design, automate and measure outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Run the full funnel in the CRM, from lead to demo, pilot and paid use.
• Join customer meetings, and standardize the demo and pilot process together with the product team.
• Connect campaigns, newsletters, events and technology partner channels to the funnel.
• Turn repetitive work into systems with AI tools and automation.
• Report weekly pipeline and conversion metrics, find the bottlenecks and fix them.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of GTM, growth, sales ops or RevOps experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar), automation (n8n, Make, Zapier) and data enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo or similar).
• Turkish and English good enough to run meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
• A way of working where you build your own system, measure it and keep improving it.

Nice to have

• Experience selling AI, IDP or automation products.
• Experience working in European or MENA markets.
