What You Will Do

• Planning and execution of growth strategy: Promoting measures based on key indicators such as new user acquisition, retention rate , and activation.
• Data-driven market insights: Identify user needs and behavior paths through quantitative data analysis, user interviews, and market research.
• Market Validation and Improvement: Design A / B testing, market validation of new features, data tracking and improvement proposals (iterations) after release.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to drive GTM projects (new feature releases, early-stage projects, etc.) in a multinational environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; a strong preference for STEM-related disciplines including Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, and other related fields.
• Competencies: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, combined with advanced logical thinking and structured analytical capabilities.
• Language: English (business level or higher / used for working with multinational teams).
• Mindset: Strong curiosity in the AI field, self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
