GTM Intern - Sales

**You will own a real part of the GTM function: finding the right accounts, getting to the right people, and keeping the commercial data honest. This is hands-on execution with founder-level exposure to how a B2B enterprise SaaS motion is constructed from scratch.

**Reports to: COO **Works directly with: CEO and COO

****What Youll Do

• **Pipeline building

  • Define and refine ICP criteria for sponsor and CDMO/CMO segments

  • Build target account and contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io

  • Enrich, verify, and de-duplicate prospect data before it enters the CRM

    • **Outbound execution

      • Draft and personalize outbound email sequences and LinkedIn messaging

      • Maintain campaign hygiene bounces, suppression lists, sequence health

      • Triage inbound replies and route qualified interest to the CEO/COO

        • **CRM ownership

          • Own day-to-day data quality in Zoho CRM: field completeness, stage discipline, de-duplication

          • Maintain dashboards and reports leadership uses weekly

            • **Marketing support

              • Support collateral, case studies, one-pagers, and LinkedIn content

              • Assist with webinar, conference, and industry event preparation

                • **Analysis reporting

                  • Track funnel metrics and channel performance********************
