GTM Lead

About the role

We are looking for someone to own and grow our top of the funnel.

You will automate outbound campaigns, write effective communication, analyse what converts and run experiments across audiences, messaging and channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute quickly, spot patterns in data and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM systems.

You will work closely with the founder and own measurable outcomes, not just campaign activity.

What you will do

• Run outbound every day and consistently generate qualified meetings.
• Test who we reach out to, what we say and which channels we use.
• Build and automate campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
• Use AI to build prospect lists, personalise outreach and automate follow-ups.
• Write and distribute content that creates awareness and generates demand.
• Own the top-of-funnel number, including outreach, responses, meetings and lead quality.
• Track campaign performance, identify patterns and understand what is driving conversions.
• Run experiments across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships and emerging channels.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.

What we are looking for

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM, growth, demand generation or outbound.
• Experience owning top-of-funnel or pipeline targets.
• Strong understanding of outbound automation, CRM and prospecting tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse funnel data and identify what is driving results.
• Experience designing and evaluating growth experiments.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and bias towards action.

Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, recruitment or assessments.
