GTM Recruiting Manager

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Recruiting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead a full-cycle recruiting team focused on attracting exceptional go-to-market talent for a fast-moving business. You will partner closely with senior GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy, strengthen candidate pipelines, and improve the overall recruiting experience. The position also calls for a data-driven leader who can coach recruiters, influence stakeholders, and deliver insights that support stronger hiring outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of full-cycle GTM recruiters to improve performance
• Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to create tailored recruiting strategies
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive candidate experience
• Build a strong talent pipeline through employer branding and recruiting events
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to optimize recruiting processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management, preferably in-house
• Proven ability to partner with hiring teams as a trusted advisor
• Passion for mentoring and developing recruiters
• Ability to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Strong talent engagement and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings
