GTM System Manager

We're partnering with a growing healthtech, Series A startup, looking for a GTM Systems Manager to take ownership of the systems, processes, and data that support its commercial organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of CRM and GTM systems — improving how data is structured, automating workflows, maintaining clean and reliable information, and making sure teams can trust what's in their systems.

Salary - $130k + bonus + benefits

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and improve the company's CRM and broader GTM technology stack
• Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, automation, permissions, and integrations
• Improve how customer and prospect data is structured across systems
• Build scalable processes for creating, enriching, and maintaining records
• Lead initiatives around data quality, deduplication, standardization, and governance
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between CRM and connected platforms
• Manage incoming systems and workflow requests from commercial teams
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Build and maintain internal and customer-facing reporting
• Explore AI and automation tools to make reporting and operational workflows more efficient
• Establish processes and standards that allow the GTM organization to scale without sacrificing data quality

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on ownership of Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM
• Experience administering and configuring a CRM rather than simply using one
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and integrations
• Experience working with large or complex datasets and improving data quality
• Hands-on experience with data cleanup, migration, deduplication, or enrichment projects
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues across multiple connected systems
• Experience supporting requests from Sales, CS, Marketing, or other commercial teams
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment

This would suit someone currently working in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Business Systems, CRM Operations, or technically focused Revenue Operations who wants more ownership and the opportunity to shape how a growing company's GTM infrastructure operates.
