What they need

A Little About Us incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime.

The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously.

We've raised $100+ million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join.

The role in one line

We're looking for someone early in their recruitment career who's ambitious, has a great eye for talent, and loves the hunt of finding incredible talent.

What that looks like day to day

Our GTM team is set to double in size next year, which means we've got a lot of hiring to do!

We've built an incredible sales team, have a product that's gaining serious traction, and have a great reputation in the London tech scene. We're in a really exciting position, and we need someone to help us keep that momentum going.

You'll be focused entirely on UK hiring, across roles from Account Executives and BDRs to Customer Success and Sales Engineers. You'll run your roles from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to find brilliant people, get them excited about incident.io, and bring them into the business.

We love getting creative with hiring. We've put on events, come up with cool branding campaigns, created standout moments, and even set up coffee kiosks to hand out free coffees to people we want to meet. We've tried all sorts, and we're always up for doing something a bit different to get in front of brilliant people. We want someone who brings their own ideas and gets excited about making them happen.

We also want someone who's got a natural instinct for talent. Someone who can meet a candidate, ask a few great questions, and quickly work out whether they're someone we should be excited about. We care much more about your ability to spot great people than how many CVs you can get through in a day.

You'll report into our Head of Talent and join an incredible Talent team with some seriously talented recruiters to learn from. We're growing quickly, so there's loads of opportunity to take on more responsibility, develop your skills, and progress your career.

We're based in London, with a really fun, buzzing office in Old Street. All of our hiring managers are based here too, so you'll get to spend loads of time with the teams you're hiring for. We'd love someone who enjoys being around people and wants to be part of the office atmosphere at least 3 days per week.

Who you are

  • You're early in your recruitment career and hungry to grow. 1–3 years of experience, either agency or in-house, with some experience hiring GTM talent.
  • You're a go-getter. You don't wait around to be told what to do. You're proactive, resourceful, and always looking for ways to make things happen.
  • You've got a great eye for talent. You know how to spot amazing people, ask great questions, and get a feel for someone's potential beyond what's written on their CV.
  • You love the hunt. You actually enjoy sourcing, networking and figuring out how to get them interested. You're not someone who relies on inbound applications.
  • You're ambitious. You want to be really good at what you do, learn from brilliant people, and build a career in Talent. There's a huge amount of opportunity here for someone who wants to grab it.

We don't mind whether you've come from agency or in-house. We're much more interested in finding someone with great instincts, loads of drive, and the potential to become an exceptional recruiter.

Supporting you We work hard and we think life outside work matters just as much. Our benefits pack is built to support both.

  • Private medical insurance. Seriously good cover, we want you and the people you love to be looked after.
  • Competitive annual leave. Showing up at your best requires switching off, and we make sure you have time to do that.
  • First Friday of every month off. Yes, seriously.
  • Enhanced pension. We put real money in, because future-you deserves better than an afterthought.
  • Meaningful equity. We're rapidly scaling, and everyone who helps shape the outcome should share in it.
  • Unlimited AI spend. For everyone, not just engineers. We're all-in on AI across the company, and we expect you to be too.
  • Generous parental leave. The early days with a new baby matter more than anything we're doing here, and we want you to be present for them.
  • Two budgets that have your back. £1000 to invest in your setup, £500 a year to invest in yourself.

Compensation Range: £60K - £80K
