FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Program is an exciting career development opportunity for young talents. This 3-year international traineeship program is designed to develop future leaders through a combination of structured learning, hands-on experience, and personal development within our Commercial and Engineering & Technology functions.
As a Global Trainee, participants will have the opportunity to grow in the direction they aspire to pursue while gaining exposure to challenging and diverse rotations, exceptional learning opportunities, and a truly international working environment. The program provides dedicated mentorship and coaching to support both professional and personal growth, empowering trainees to take on meaningful responsibilities from day one. While completing rotations in their home country, trainees will also have opportunities to engage with their global trainee cohort across different regions, building valuable international networks and perspectives.
As part of the program onboarding, all trainees will participate in a global onboarding week at our headquarters in the Netherlands, where they will connect, collaborate, and learn alongside fellow trainees from around the world.

Requirement

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong academic track record
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Job Responsibilities

• You will work on impactful engineering and technology projects that support manufacturing performance, asset reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to different areas of Engineering & Technology, including Maintenance, Project Engineering, Operational Technology, Reliability, Utilities, and Manufacturing Excellence.
