Drives business performance through analysis of business KPIs. Forecasts merchandising measures at every level. Plans and carries out the open-to-buy process by country/region in order to maximize sales potential and minimize losses from mark downs and stock outs.

[Role Mission]

Key Behaviors Be a key contributor in driving Country’s business growth by leading and developing annual sales plan, working cross functionally with Merchandising, Retail and Finance. Ensure plans are bottom-up, facts based and financially aligned with Country’s strategic directions. Define product categories’ detailed sales plan and manage Merchandising KPI for Duty Paid, Duty Free and Outlet channels, working closely with related departments as well as counterparts in Italy HQ.

[Key Accountabilities]

SALES

• Develop sales forecasts by category and typology, including Budget and Forecast cycles
• Collaborate with relevant teams on strategic directions
• Monitor sales performance vs. plan and support regular forecast updates
• Coordinate and validate sales plans with Retail and Finance
• Prepare sales plans by category for new store openings and other business requirements, align with GMM and MD

BUY

• Review HQ-confirmed OTB and target plans, align with MD team, and support OTB uploads in the order system
• Support buying investment analysis based on OTB and sales performance
• Track OTB utilization, consolidate orders, and align the overall order snapshot with HQ Planning during buying sessions
• Review replenishment and align with WW Planning as required

STOCK

• Support monthly inventory forecasting based on the latest sales and purchase outlook
• Review inventory status and gaps vs. plan with Finance, MD and SCM
• Review outstanding orders based on sales trends and align actions with WW Planning
• Review outstanding orders based on sales trends and align actions with MD team and WW Planning

[Key Requirements]

• 8 years of relevant experience

• Fluent in both written and spoken English/Korean
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Excellent sense of figures and retail business insight
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
