Guest Experience & Sales Associate

The Cupcake Collection in Germantown is hiring a part-time Guest Experience & Sales Associate to join our joyful, purpose-driven team. If you're naturally upbeat, love meeting new people, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm; make every interaction feel personal and celebratory.
• Willing to learn how to decorate cakes and cupcakes.
• Recommend flavor combinations and bundles with confidence — guide guests toward discovery, not just transaction.
• Learn our flavor stories and share seasonal drops with storytelling flair.
• Maintain accurate cash and credit card handling — every sale is a reflection of our hospitality.
• Support your teammates with a spirit of collaboration; jump in where needed to deliver our signature experience.
• Assist with all cleaning duties for opening/closing the store.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment behind the counter and in the lobby.
• Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all position requirements for the duration of shift.
• Box, package, or plate cupcakes and other bakery goods as needed.
• Act with a high level of detail when following instructions.
• Stay flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Requirements

• A passion and love of the Cupcake Collection product, brand, and experience.
• A natural connector who builds trust quickly and enjoys helping others make decisions.
• Someone who brings positivity to every shift and genuinely loves our products and purpose.
• Comfortable working on your feet and balancing physical activity with charm and grace.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to move around the front of the bakery as you bend down for bags and reach up for cupcakes.

PAY OF $14-$17 (INCLUDES TIPS $2-$5/hr)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
