Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and final impression of the hotel
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, policies, and local attractions.
• Attend to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy, finding swift resolutions to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and emailing.

Job Requirements

• At least SPM holder.

• Previous experience in a front-facing role, ideally within a hotel or healthcare service environment.

• Wellness/Hospitality/Healthcare working background is an added advantage.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

• 5 working days per week.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional speaking language or dialect is an added benefit.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

• Great problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
