About Leap Years

Leap Years is Boise’s premier indoor playground and birthday venue, designed specifically for children ages 0-5. We offer a safe, engaging environment with sustainably sourced play structures, a cozy café serving espresso, and a welcoming space for parents.

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Guest Experience Team Member to join our crew! If you love working in a family-friendly environment and enjoy creating a welcoming space for little ones and their caregivers, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome & Assist Guests:

• Greet families with a warm and friendly attitude
• Process admissions, memberships, and café sales at the register
• Answer questions and help create a seamless experience for guests

Maintain a Clean & Safe Space:

• Perform opening or closing cleaning tasks to keep the facility sparkling
• Sanitize play areas, tables, and high-touch surfaces
• Restock supplies and ensure the café area stays tidy

S upport Play & Events:

• Assist with birthday parties and special events as needed
• Help monitor play areas to ensure a fun and safe environment
• Work as part of a team to keep Leap Years running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Friendly and outgoing personality—great with kids and parents!

✅ Dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong attention to detail, especially with cleaning and organization

✅ Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)

✅ Must be at least 16 years old
