Job Summary:

The Guest Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences across Zoia Living properties. This hands-on role involves managing guest inquiries, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing operational challenges. The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset, thrives in dynamic environments, and is committed to enhancing guest satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from guests and clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues while maintaining an excellent guest experience.
• Coordinate and manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all relevant communication is timely and clear.
• Address disputes across various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to safeguard guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Manage the seamless resolution of inbound maintenance and cleaning issues by coordinating with internal and external business partners.
• Oversee periodical maintenance scheduling for each building, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
• Coordinate checkout inspections, addressing any issues that arise to maintain operational excellence.
• Handle and oversee reservations, ensuring accurate updates across platforms and maximizing occupancy rates.
• Foster strong professional relationships with customers, business partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with Zoia Living’s standards.

Requirements & Skills

·  2-3 years of working experience in a position including back-office operations or customer service responsibilities, or hospitality

·      Fluent in both Greek and English

·      Computer literate-MS Office

·      Digital skills-CRM experience

·      Great communication skills, both written and verbal

·      Able to maintain strong professional relationships with customers and business partners.

·      Problem-solving and “can do” attitude.

·      Multitasking and working under pressure or tight timeline.

·      Cooperative and flexible mindset.
