YOUR ROLE

As our Guest Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of creating meaningful and personalized experiences for our guests throughout their journey at Rosewood Munich. Acting as a key ambassador of the hotel, you will build genuine relationships, anticipate guest preferences, and ensure every interaction reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of relationship hospitality, attention to detail, discretion, and genuine care. By delivering seamless service and memorable moments, you will help transform every stay into an exceptional luxury experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver personalized and memorable service throughout the entire guest journey.
• Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate preferences, and coordinate bespoke experiences, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and discreet resolution of concerns.
• Collaborate closely with all operational departments to create seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, monitor arrivals and departures, and uphold Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA service standards.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards and contribute to a refined, welcoming, and luxurious environment.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Completion of vocational training or a university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Passion for personalized guest service with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS).
• Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional, service-oriented, and dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About Us

Rosewood Munich opened in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich is ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel is located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich offers 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich also features a full service spa, which house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel includes extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
