Position Summary

Formando Winery is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Guest Experience Associates to help create exceptional guest experiences throughout the winery. This is a cross-trained hospitality position designed for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple areas of winery operations.

Guest Experience Associates play a key role in welcoming guests, supporting service teams, maintaining the flow of operations, and ensuring every visitor feels cared for from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is friendly, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.

Compensation

$18–$24/hr + Tip Out

Reports To

Tasting Room Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with seating, reservations, and winery navigation.
• Answer the phone
• Support tasting room and service staff during daily operations.
• Deliver water, wine, food, and guest supplies as needed.
• Reset and clean tables efficiently during service.
• Support wine, glassware, and merchandise restocking.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and guest flow during special events.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen support during busy service periods when needed.
• Receive training across multiple hospitality areas
• Step into various support roles based on business needs and service flow.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, winery, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and winery events.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout shifts.
