Guest Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guest services during events, ensuring an engaging and welcoming environment.
• Supervise staff members, including shift management, staff supervision, and team management, to maintain high service standards.
• Manage operational tasks such as budgeting, cash handling, and resource allocation to support smooth event execution.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and venue policies.
• Lead managerial decision-making processes related to guest services, staff scheduling, and operational improvements.
• Write detailed reports on event outcomes, guest feedback, and operational issues to inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by implementing first aid procedures and CPR when necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in nightclubs or event venues with strong knowledge of nightlife operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in events management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and guests effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Experience in shift management, operations management, and operational decision-making processes.
• Background in hospitality or resort environments with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Skills in budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting related to event operations.
• Technical proficiency relevant to venue operations including sound systems or lighting is a plus.
• First aid and CPR certification to ensure safety during all events.
• Supervising experience within busy entertainment or hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
