ABOUT THE W
The W Salon Hyde Park is a luxury salon, spa, and wine bar built on one belief: the best work happens when the people doing it feel genuinely supported, not just employed. We serve Hyde Park and greater Cincinnati with premium hair, skin, nails, advanced extensions, and a curated wine list. Guests come for the reputation. They stay because of the people.

THE ROLE
You’re the first and last impression of every visit. You greet guests by name, keep the schedule running smoothly, pour a glass of wine, handle checkout and rebooking, and make sure everyone leaves feeling like they were the only guest that day.

This isn’t a stylist position, and no cosmetology license is needed. It’s a hospitality role at the heart of a luxury salon, and the team will train and back you every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome every guest warmly, offer refreshments from our wine bar, and make the wait feel like part of the experience.
• Answer calls and texts, book appointments, and manage the schedule in Boulevard. We’ll train you.
• Check guests out, rebook their next visit, and recommend retail products and our VIP membership in a way that feels like help, not a pitch.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows and openings.
• Keep the lobby, retail area, and wine bar spotless and guest-ready from open to close.
• Stay calm and friendly when it’s busy, and let a manager know quickly when something needs attention.
• Work closely with stylists so every handoff from desk to chair and back feels seamless.

SCHEDULE & PAY

• On-site in Hyde Park, Tuesday through Saturday: Tue 12–8, Thu 11–8, Fri 11–7, Sat 8–5.
• $15+/hour, plus incentives on retail sales and rebooking.

HOW TO APPLY

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 34.0 per week
