Guest Experience Host

Are you passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences?

Craggy Range is looking for a warm, engaging, and organised Guest Experience Host to join our team. This unique role combines restaurant reservations and guest communications with hosting our new seasonal Kitchen Garden Tour, one of Craggy Range's flagship guest experiences.

As one of the faces of Craggy Range, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the warmth, quality, and attention to detail our guests have come to expect.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing restaurant reservations, enquiries, amendments, and cancellations.
• Assisting with guest communications, special occasion bookings, and VIP arrangements.
• Providing information about Craggy Range experiences and offerings.
• Hosting and delivering the Kitchen Garden Tour from October to March.
• Sharing the Craggy Range story, sustainability initiatives, kitchen garden programme, and the connection between our gardens and restaurant menus.
• Creating engaging, memorable experiences for every guest.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Loves hospitality and connecting with people.
• Communicates confidently with individuals and groups.
• Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Has an interest in food, wine, gardening, or sustainability.
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, guiding, or reservations is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

This is primarily a weekend-based role, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability essential. Additional hours may be available during peak periods, and there may be opportunities to develop into broader hospitality roles across the business.
