We’re looking for a guest experience star who takes pride in making people feel welcome. If you anticipate guests’ needs, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a friendly, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

At Comfort Suites Olive Branch – Memphis South, you’ll help create a positive experience from the first greeting to the final goodbye.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Handle check-ins, checkouts, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to questions and requests.
• Address concerns professionally and follow through on solutions.
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to keep each stay running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication between shifts.
• Keep the front desk and lobby welcoming and organized.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably at a hotel front desk.
• A warm personality, strong communication skills, and a guest-first attitude.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during busy shifts.
• Someone who takes initiative and supports their teammates.
• Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using the ChoiceAdvantage property management system.
• Familiarity with Choice Hotels brands, standards, and the Choice Privileges program.
• Bilingual communication skills, preferably English and Spanish.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
