Guest Experience Manager

Range Ford, part of Regent Motors Group, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Guest Experience Manager to join our dealership in Maddington.

This is an opportunity to shape the experience our guests receive throughout their vehicle purchase and ownership journey. Working closely with our sales, service and management teams, you will build lasting customer relationships, respond to feedback and drive improvements in guest satisfaction and retention.

The Role

You will take ownership of guest experience initiatives across the dealership, helping ensure our customers feel valued and supported at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up with sales and service customers after vehicle delivery or servicing to assist with questions and concerns
• Coordinating the resolution of guest concerns with the relevant department managers
• Encouraging customers to complete sales and service surveys
• Reviewing customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and recommending practical improvements
• Coordinating the Ford Maintenance Reminder System to support ongoing servicing and customer retention
• Working with the marketing team to deliver guest experience and retention initiatives
• Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting consistent data collection
• Promoting a customer-focused culture and encouraging teamwork across departments
• Building positive relationships with Ford brand partners and the broader community
• Contributing to dealership planning through insights into customer needs and experiences

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to improving the customer experience.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
• A strong understanding of dealership operations across sales, delivery, warranty, service, finance and parts
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• The ability to understand customer needs and handle concerns professionally
• Experience using automotive sales and service systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective leadership skills and the ability to encourage cooperation across teams
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and maintaining customer databases
• Initiative to identify opportunities and turn feedback into practical improvements
