Guest Experience Manager - Jeeva Samudera

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury villas/resorts, private yachts, cruise, or high-end travel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest-service mindset with genuine attention to detail.
• Good understanding of activities such as diving, snorkeling, excursions, wellness and water sports is an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills with Captain, Chef, Cruise Director and onboard crew.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to communicate with guests outside normal office hours when required.
• Knowledge of Raja Ampat, Komodo, Cenderawasih Bay and other Indonesian cruising destinations would be a strong advantage
