Guest Experience Representative (Boutique F&B)

Our client, a top-tier luxury retail brand, is seeking the talent with Hospitality, F&B, Concierge or Customer Relationship experience to join the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to customers and create a positive first impression
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries, feedback, complaints and service requests
• Serve as an enthusiastic storyteller, bringing brand heritage, lifestyle concepts, and luxury craftsmanship to life to enrich the waiting experience
• Work closely with the floor and management team to monitor table availability and service flow, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Liaise closely with the food and beverage team to ensure deliver smooth, consistent and memorable experiences for premium customers
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food and beverage offerings, amenities, service timings and special features to provide accurate information and recommendations
• Operate the systems in accordance with security, service and data confidentiality requirements

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above in aviation and hospitality

• 2 years + of experience host, Concierge, gust relationship representative in premium retail, hospitality, or luxury environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving abilities in handling face to face, phone and email

• Passionate in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Proactive, energetic, and service-oriented personality

• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential

• Strong interest in luxury products and premium customer service would be an advantage
