We are excited to introduce a newly created Guest Experiences & Reservations role, designed to further elevate our personalised guest service and exceptional reservation experience. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the position, contribute to guest journey excellence, and become an integral part of a premium hospitality team.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, managing reservations, enquiries and pre-arrival communication while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that Levantine Hill is known for.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Manage reservations, enquiries and guest communications across multiple channels.
• Coordinate bookings, waitlists, seating allocations and special requests with accuracy and care.
• Build detailed guest profiles and maintain reservation and CRM systems.
• Personalise guest experiences by capturing preferences, celebrations and dietary requirements.
• Work closely with our restaurant, cellar door, events, kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Review upcoming bookings and proactively anticipate guest needs.
• Support process improvements and contribute to the ongoing refinement of guest service standards.

About You

You will bring:

• Experience in hospitality, reservations, tourism, guest services or a premium customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a naturally warm, professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
• Confidence using booking, reservation, CRM or guest management systems.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• A valid RSA certificate and Australian working rights.
