We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Guest Relation Agent to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:
As a Guest Relation Agent, you will  be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable interactions and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in enhancing our guests' overall experience and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
• Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and promotions.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Passion for watersports and the ability to convey this excitement to guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
