Job Summary

Ayursiha Hospital is looking for a friendly, confident, and Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Executive to assist international patients, especially guests from Arabic-speaking countries. The candidate will help patients with their hospital visits, treatment coordination, accommodation, and other guest requirements while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist international patients and their families.
• Communicate with Arabic-speaking patients in Arabic and English.
• Explain hospital facilities, treatment options, accommodation, and available packages.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and treatment schedules.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and accommodation arrangements.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other departments.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Arrange airport pickup, transportation, and other guest services.
• Follow up with patients during their stay and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with medical documents, reports, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good Arabic communication skills are required.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Malayalam proficiency is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, customer service, or medical tourism is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
