Guest Relation Associate

About The Role As a Guest Relations Associate at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 an IHG Hotel, you will be the face of our hospitality, creating warm and memorable experiences for every guest. You will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, delivering personalised service, handling guest feedback, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and IHG’s True Hospitality philosophy.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a personalised and memorable arrival experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs throughout their stay.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalised guest arrangements.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and service-related records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to hotel operating procedures, brand standards, and service excellence guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate or diploma holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in guest relations, front office, or guest service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A warm, approachable, and guest-focused personality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
