Guest Relation Executive- 5 Star Hotel

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and guest-focused Front Office Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polished personality, and experience in delivering high-quality guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude/Client Covertions
• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
• Handle billing, payments, and related front-office transactions.
• Follow hotel standards and procedures for guest service and safety.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold 5-star hospitality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office / Guest Relations in a 4-star or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and strong customer-service orientation.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
