Job Summary

Sign Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with seating and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Support reservation management and special guest requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality qualification is an advantage).
• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
