Role & responsibilities
- Welcoming and guiding customers as needed.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, grievances, and needs, providing upscale real-time responses and resolutions.
- Maintaining high service standards as per OneVasco & Partner guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including Vasco, VAC Operations and Enabling units, to resolve customer feedback.
- Handling grievances, appreciations, and suggestions, sharing them for best practice enhancement.
- Intervening to address any dissatisfaction expressed by customers regarding their submissions.
- Ensuring Lounge upkeep, hygiene and SOP guidelines are adhered to
- Handholding and guiding customers during their Visa journey
Should convey the information in a clear and a concise manner and be open to listen and understand the communications passed across by Customers
