Guest Relation Executive

Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: Mohali, CP-67
Experience: 23 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer walk-ins and provide excellent guest experience.
• Attend to customer queries, explain project details and coordinate site visits.
• Support the sales team in lead follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain customer and lead records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with sales executives, telecalling and other departments.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer interaction reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination during customer visits and meetings.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be preferred.
