Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

As the face of Latoya, you are responsible for the first and last impression. You will manage the host desk, oversee reservations, and ensure every guest receives a seamless, high-energy hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Host Operations: Greet guests within 30 seconds; manage the floor plan to ensure efficient seating and quick table turnarounds.
• Reservation Management: Handle digital/phone bookings accurately and manage the waitlist during peak hours to minimise guest friction.
• Guest CRM: Proactively collect guest contact details and preferences (anniversaries/VIP status) for the brand database.
• Experience Quality: Gather real-time feedback, resolve minor complaints at the door, and encourage positive online reviews.
• Brand Standards: Maintain impeccable grooming and stay updated on menu offerings and daily specials.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2-4years in high-end hospitality or luxury retail.
• Skills: Fluent English communication; proficiency in reservation software (Zomato/Dineout).
• Attributes: High-energy personality, ability to multitask under pressure, and sharp organisational skills.
