Guest Relation Executive

We are hiring for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional individual who enjoys interacting with guests and is committed to delivering excellent service and a smooth, pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle guest queries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and provide excellent service.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests and concerns are resolved.
• Handle guest communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain guest records, daily reports, and necessary updates.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate important issues to the manager when required.
• Support daily front-office and property operations.
• Collect guest feedback and help improve the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in hotels, serviced apartments, hospitality, property management, travel, or customer service will be preferred.
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, emails, and daily reporting.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
