- Supervise cafeteria operations, food quality, hygiene, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor housekeeping, cafeteria, maintenance, and facility staff performance.
- Handle employee/guest concerns and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain MIS, checklists, records, invoices, and facility-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and facility standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth facility operations.
