Guest Relation Executive

Experience Required: 2 - 6 years

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.
• Ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Utilize healthcare software for patient data entry and retrieval.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns or conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient service.
• Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Support general administrative tasks as needed to enhance department efficiency.

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
