Guest Relation Executive

• Guest Greeting & Farewell: Welcome arriving guests with warmth, manage check-in/check-out flows smoothly, and provide a pleasant departure.
• VIP Management: Oversee VIP arrivals, complete pre-registration formalities, and inspect special room setups and amenities.
• Complaint Handling: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Information & Concierge Support: Provide detailed information about the hotel, local attractions, events, and promotions.
• Department Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure room readiness and smooth shift handovers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather guest reviews and preferences during departure to help improve future stays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of English, plus proficiency in additional languages.
• Personality: Outgoing, empathetic, professional, and patient with a strong customer-first attitude.
• Organization: Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and remain calm under pressure in busy environments.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
