About Aviary Cocktail Nest ( GRE )

Aviary Cocktail Nest is a premium cocktail bar and restaurant in Kanpur, offering a distinctive dining and nightlife experience with an opulent ambience, curated food and cocktails, and a strong focus on guest experience.

We are looking for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our team across Restaurant, Bar, Guest Relations, Service, Kitchen and Operations.

Key Responsibilities ( GRE )

• Welcome and attend to guests with a warm, professional and courteous approach.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant/bar service.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Understand the menu, food items, cocktails and ongoing offers to assist guests with recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and presentation.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
• Support the team during busy hours, events and special occasions.
• Ensure proper billing, order handling and table management wherever applicable.
• Contribute towards creating a premium and memorable experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs or hospitality are preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply for suitable positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
