We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to create a welcoming experience for guests and ensure their needs are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

• Maintain a warm, professional, and hospitable approach with all guests.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements.

• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, feedback, and special occasions.

• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures when required.

• Provide information about hotel/resort facilities, services, local attractions, and activities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide personalized service.

• Handle VIP guests and special requests with appropriate attention and coordination.

• Maintain professional grooming and communication standards at all times.

• Support the team in achieving guest satisfaction and service-quality targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
