Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a courteous, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a pleasant and memorable hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, room allocation, and other Front Office activities when required.
• Maintain regular communication with guests to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Handle VIP guests and special occasions with appropriate attention and service.
• Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, complaints, and service requests.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and other guest amenities.
• Collect and communicate guest feedback to the concerned departments and management.
• Ensure professional grooming, proper etiquette, and adherence to hotel service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Requirements

• Any degree/Diploma
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hotel position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam and/or Hindi will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
