Guest Relation Executive

Zestopia is an upcoming large-scale gaming and entertainment destination designed to deliver an exciting, safe, and memorable experience for guests of all age groups. Our attractions include arcade games, VR experiences, kids' zone, trampoline, bowling, laser show, and other entertainment activities, along with an in-house café.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.

Provide information about Zestopia's games, attractions, packages, offers, and facilities.

Assist customers with ticketing, bookings, game cards, memberships, and other services.

Guide customers regarding the rules, safety instructions, and usage of various attractions.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned supervisor/manager when required.

Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional approach with all customers.

Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, timings, offers, and game procedures.

Coordinate with Operations, Game Zone, Security, Housekeeping, Café, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Assist children, families, and groups with their requirements while maintaining appropriate safety awareness.

Monitor customer flow and assist in managing queues during busy hours.

Handle customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the reporting manager.

Maintain proper records of customer complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.

Support promotional activities, membership programs, and customer engagement initiatives.

Ensure the customer service desk and surrounding area remain clean and organized.

Follow all Zestopia SOPs, policies, safety procedures, and code of conduct.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Perform other customer-service-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
