Job Description – Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: Pune
Department: Sales / Customer Relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers/visitors professionally.
• Handle customer queries and provide project information.
• Coordinate site visits and maintain visitor records.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales team.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in real estate/customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
