Guest Relation Executive

Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient contacts or visits the dental centre. The GRE serves as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front-office operations, efficient appointment management, excellent customer service, and effective communication between patients and the clinical team. This role is essential in building patient trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Reception

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
• Register new patients and update existing patient records.
• Guide patients through the registration and consultation process.
• Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience.

Appointment Management

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate appointments with dentists and specialists.
• Minimize missed appointments through reminder calls and messages.
• Maintain an organized appointment calendar.

Communication

• Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding treatments, clinic timings, and services.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

Patient Relationship Management

• Conduct follow-up calls after treatment.
• Obtain patient feedback and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent service.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
